   AKA the reverter parcels?

Trabue dedicated the land along the water to the residents in the form of parks. Maud Park was sold to Jon Larmore's Fshville. The city had conditions attached to the reverter parcels. If Fishville did not fulfill it's obligations, the parcels would revert to the city ownership.
