Defendant (Butler) agreed to two releases in exchange for severance benefits to which he was not otherwise entitled and other goods and services... waiver of Claims on November 12, 2015.....February 29, 2016, the parties executed... in exchange for severance benefits....  November 14, 2016 Defendant's counsel sent a letter to the BSA....claims that the General Releases are unenforceable and asserts that Defendant has suffered over $6.5 million in damages.... December 17, 2016 Defendant's counsel sent another letter to the BSA....

Section 28....February 29.2016 when Mr. Butler was terminated ...

please view the Federal Filing by the BSA for 2016 showing payroll records  that they paid Gary Butler $820,399.00 in the first two months of 2016.

There could be an reasonable explaination for all this but why does Mr Butler insist that this is not true and that he retired in December 2015.
